Unlike the vagina, the anus has no natural lubricants of it own, so remember keep your anal probes well lubricated. For latex, metal and plastic probes use a good quality silicone lube and for silicone based anal probes use a good quality water based lube. IMPORTANT: Only use anal probes that are designed for anal penetration, as these are shaped and sized specifically for this purpose.
