Due to the personal nature of adult products all sales are final and we regret we are unable to accept any products back for return once it has been processed and once it has been opened or used.

If you intend purchasing products for both you and your partner or for yourself and you are in a relationship please discuss the matter with your partner prior to placing your order. We cannot accept any returns on the basis of "my partner doesn't approve" or "my partner already has one" reasons.

In cases where a particular product is out of stock, and is available in an alternate colour, the replacement colour will be shipped unless otherwise advised by the customer in the additional information entry box during the checkout process.

All items are covered by a 14 day manufacturers warranty. If you wish to return a product for repair or replacement please contact us for further details prior to returning the item(s). Any item(s) returned without our authorisation or without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any return postage costs incurred.

In special, extreme or very unusual circumstances we may approve an item for return. Any items that are accepted for return,(other than those items that have been returned under warranty), are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the item must be received in as new condition and with the original packaging in tact, once an item has been handled or used it cannot be returned. Further costs my be incurred if the packaging is damaged or if items or parts are missing and the item cannot be offered for sale as a new item. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of any product is not refundable.

When returning an item please ensure it is well packed to prevent transit damage, and the items are insured against loss. We will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If an item is lost you will need to seek compensation or lodge a claim directly from the shipping or postal company concerned. If required we will provide a copy of your invoice to help support your compensation claim.

All items that are not in sock at the time of ordering will be either be automatically placed on back order, unless otherwise instructed, or deleted from your order if it is a discontinued item. If you do not want to back-order an out of stock item(s) you will need to add these instructions to the additional comments section of the online order form. Back ordered items will be shipped to your as soon as they become available. In the event of a multi-shipment being required for an item that is back ordered you will not be charged any addition shipping costs.

All orders are sent in plain unmarked boxes, padded post bags or Express post bags, with no description or reference to sex toys or adult products.

Credit card purchases will show on your statement as a debit from Webman Studios Pty Ltd with no reference to sex toys or adult products.

If we do need to contact you we will only speak to, or e-mail, the person who placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with any other person.
