Batteries are the heart and soul of your vibe! When installing new batteries in your toy please ensure you put them in the correct way. Placing batteries in the wrong way will damage the electronics of the device and void the warranty.
All batteries have a positive end '+' and a negative end '-' clearly marked on the battery casing, the positive end goes on the flat contact in the battery compartment and the negative end goes on the spring contact in the battery compartment.
Generally, you will find battery orientation instructions or diagrams on the inside of the battery compartment lid or with the instruction supplied with the device.
The most common cause of sex toy problems, failures or non operation is the batteries, they are either depleted batteries, the batteries have been put in the wrong way or you may be using cheap and nasty imported batteries that don't have the power required to drive the toys.
- If you do not intending using your sex toys for long periods of time, remove the batteries and store them in a safe place.
- Only use heavy duty batteries in adult toys, avoid using super-dooper high powered batteries in vibrators, as these can damage the vibe motors when underload.
- Super-dooper high powered batteries are recommend for use in remote control units as this will give the maximum range of the remote control unit.
