Returns Policy

Faulty Items: Under Australian Consumer Law we will exchange faulty and defective products where the product is faulty. Please contact us explaining the fault before returning the faulty products. To return a product we will supply a label and any new item resent, will be at our cost.
Change of Mind: We will not allow an exchange or store credit for change of mind returns even if the packaging has not been opened. Due to the personal nature of adult products and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any items that has left the shop.
We will accept returns if the item is delivered faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered.
